i think most of my nail art are inspired by pinterest or the internet or someone else nail or a wall paper or anything you can think of so i did look through nail art in pinterest and chose one that looks easy enough but was quite a fail

Day 7 pink and aqua 31 dc crumpet nail tart

Good morning blogger!

today is day 7 pink and aqua nail challenge

i use a pink and aqua-ish base color but turn out to be total fail bec as i apply the  kleancolor "chunky holo bluebell" the pink turns out orange-y

the topper is actually pretty but it just dont go with the challenge and i realized that when i did the design so its too late to change it. 

thats it for my mani today! hope you like it!

in my last haul post,, i bought some local polishes and i was able to swatch them and took pictures of them (finally!) its 6 colorful polishes but ill be showing 2 polish on each post

Here comes the sun

- a bright yellow cream polish, only 2 coats and its already opaque, i did apply top coat to make it shiny, i love the formula bcoz its creamy however the smell is kind of funny though, 

Love is in the air

- a pink creamy polish, 2 coats and its opaque i did not put top coat on this one, its glossy on its own, i try using it for stamping and its quite visible and it also has the funny smell but i like the formula :)

the days are getting busy and busier because of the upcoming holidays!!
how are you preparing for it?

i miss home specially at this time of the year,,, all the xmas lights,,, misa de galo puto bumbong and bibingka gosh! i wanna fly home,,, but anyway theres still a little bit of xmas here in Trinidad and Tobago last night we went to botanical garden


they fill up the park with xmas lights and i just love looking at it,,,

and to nail related  stuff
i have this swatch months ago
the name come off already and i cant remember it
something like metallic pink or metallic red

which is i think pretty for holiday season,, im going back again on doing my nails so yay to me!!!

i have below 3 coats i think this polish is ideal for french manicure 

at 1 coat it is such a light nude pink polish

i like this kind of polish bec its a very safe polish to use at work

its been a  month i think since i last posted,,, i just got a lovebug on me ,,, joking!!!

theres a lot of reasons and i wont say it  all here bec i might just bored you all to death so anyways,, im back now and hopefully things will go along well and i can post regularly again,, since i havent had a chance to post like about a month or so i still have my  bright swatches waiting on my computer to be posted

ill try to go through them as much as i can... anyhow,, heres what i  got now

its sinful color "24/7" 

24/7 is a neon pink color that dries matte , the first time i used it the application was smooth,, but for the 2nd time idk what happen it kind of thicken, but i still love this polish,, it screams pink!!

i have 3 coats below and no topcoat, this polish lasted me for 4 days,, i dont usually wear neon polishes but this one changes my mind,,, 

have a happy polishy day ahead!!!

i have been MIA since last week bec me and the boy decided to have a weekend getaway last weekend,, then after that its been busy at work so i only had a chance to read blogs and post today... 

we went around the island and ive never felt so close to nature before,, 

we went for 2 days and it was a great 2 days!!!

ok enough for that,, for today's post i have 

LA colors "electric charge"

electric charge is a pink jelly creme polish

it looks more jelly but has a bit of a creamy formula,

i have 3 coats on,, you can get away with 2 but i always wanted 3 coats

it stays on for me for about 3 days until i decided to remove it

i bought this polish for 12tt$ = 2 u$

have a polish-y day everyone!!!

i cant go down the car to take this pic but i swear, the way the water glisten,, its sooo beautiful!! one of the best ive seen so far,,,

since its summer i wanna try neon/jelly polishes,,,

today im gonna show you LA girls "hot pink"

im not really a fan of neon/jelly polishes but i do wear them once in a while

i instantly notice this polish from the drugstore and i bought it instantly

i thought it would be on a cremy jelly side but im wrong,, its on the jelly alone side,,

the formula is so watery and below i have 6 coats on! yup,, 6 coats and i still have nail lines,, nail lines are not showing much on the pics but i swear its there..

after i swatch it i remove it  bec i dont want to wait long for the 6 coats to totally dry up

its a nice shade of pink but not for me..

heres what i got

on this combo i first apple jordana white then sponge 

la colors electric charge(pink) and la colors splash

put a topcoat to smooth put the surface and sponge again aqua crystal
